Abstract: 

current research is to critically analyze the discourse of world peace in the textbooks of the Iranian educational System based on the theory of identification by L& M. For this purpose, the textbooks between the years 1357-1392 (primary period and first period high school) have been analyzed. This article has been done with the combined method of analyzing the discourse of Fairclough, L &M and focusing on the following questions: What was the status of the world peace discourse in the educational documents of this era? What subjects are these educational materials trying to create? What role have the dominant political discourses in this era played in shaping the identity of these subjects? The findings show that the discourse of world peace in educational books and documents has been rejected due to the demarcation between Islamic and non-Islamic, internal and external. Power processes have tried to create militant and vengeful subjects with a military identity. The factor of persuasion of the subjects is the axiomatization of the ideologies of the revolution with an Islamic nature. Also, the educational content by inducing specific defense ideologies has formed pacifist identities in all individual, interpersonal, social and international dimensions.

Abstract: 

We give a general overview of the state-of-the-art in subspace System identification methods. We have restricted ourselves to the most important ideas and developments since the methods appeared in the late eighties. First, the basis of linear subspace identification are summarized. Different algorithms one finds in literature (Such as N4SID, MOESP, CVA) are discussed and put into a unifying framework. Further, a comparison between subspace identification and prediction error methods is made on the basis of computational complexity and precision of methods by applying them to a glass tube manufacturing process.

Abstract: 

In this paper, an alternative approach in operational modal analysis is presented, utilizing image processing technique and transmissibility functions. Imaging sensors do not impose additional mass on the structure due to their non-contact nature, while transmissibility functions, independent of excitation type, can directly extract mode shapes. The innovation of this research lies in combining these two techniques to record dynamic responses and identify modal properties. To capture the temporal response history from video signals, the block-matching method with sub-pixel accuracy was employed. Validation was conducted by recording the response of the tip of a cantilevered steel beam subjected to impact excitation, using a high-speed camera and a laser vibrometer, simultaneously. The RMSE plots in the time domain and the PSD in the frequency domain indicate high accuracy of this method. Using this approach, the displacement time histories of various points on the structure were extracted from the video signals, and the modal properties, including natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes, were identified using the transmissibility matrix method. The results obtained from the proposed method were compared with the stochastic subspace identification (SSI) method and analytical solutions. The findings reveal the accuracy of the modal identification approach introduced in this article. The highest relative error in estimating the natural frequencies of the first and second modes, compared to the values from the laser method, are 0.19% and 0.13%, respectively, and in comparison to the analytical values, they are 0.34% and 1.5%, respectively.

Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

Identifying the constraining factors of production and yield gap is very important. Therefore; this research was performed to identify the production constraining factors of local rice cultivars. All management practices from nursery preparation to harvesting stages for 100 paddy fields of local rice cultivars were recorded through field studies, in Sari, from 2015-2016. In the CPA, the actual and calculated potential yield were 4495 and 5703 kg/ha, respectively and the gap was 1221 kg/ha. The yield gap caused by number of top-dressing variables was 324 kg/ha, equal to 27% of the total yield gap. The yield gap related to previous year of legumes cultivation was 218 kg ha-1, equal to 18% of the total yield variation. Among the 10 variables entered in the CPA model, the effects of top-dress fertilizer application and its application frequency and foliar application were remarkable, which could compensate a significant part of the yield gap (444 kg/ha, 37% of total) in the farmers’ fields by managing these variables. According to boundary line analysis (BLA) finding, actual yield mean on the basis of optimal limit related to 12 variables under study was 5369 kg/ha, with 881 kg/ha yield gap . Mean relative yield and relative yield gap for 12 variables (transplanting date, seedling age, number of seedlings per hill, planting density, nitrogen and phosphorous per hectare, nitrogen before transplanting, harvesting date, lodging problem, pest problem, diseases problem and weeds problem) were 83.64 and 16.35 kg/ha, respectively. Based on the finding, it can be stated that the model precision is appropriate and can be applied for both estimation of the quantity of yield gap and determining the portion of each restricting yield variables.

Abstract: 

In this paper linear and a nonlinear algorithm for System identification in H¥ are presented. Error bounds are derived for both algorithms and it is shown that the linear algorithm does not have robust convergence. Conversely, the nonlinear algorithm is robustly convergent and the worst bound identification error (in H¥ sense) is derived. Linear methods are easier than nonlinear algorithms but for robust control design this method is not suitable. However, for lower order models this method can be utilized for identification purposes. On the other hand, due to robustness of nonlinear identification algorithm it can be used for control design. This method creates less identification errors compared with the linear algorithms.

Abstract: 

This study explores the motivational components within teacher rating Systems and their impact on professional growth motivation. Employing a Systematic review approach, it investigates texts pertaining to teacher rating Systems, motivation, and professional development literature. By examining various texts and research findings on teacher motivation, factors influencing teacher ratings based on general, specialized, and professional competencies, as well as experience, are identified. Drawing parallels with Herzberg's motivational theory, this study provides recommendations to bolster teacher motivation and job satisfaction through improvements in the rating System.
